CHARIS MINISTRIES is a Jesuit ministry to those in their 20s & 30s. We offer a number of Charis Retreats each year.
Each semester the Busy Person’s Retreat (BPR) takes place on campus and it’s for exactly who it sounds like--busy people like you and me!

A Charis Retreat is a peer-oriented retreat for young adults to explore their relationship with God. We live such hectic and harried lives that we become too busy for God and too busy to re-engage with the vital question on our hearts. Catholics know Jesus but they don’t know him in an intimate and vibrant way. A Charis Retreat is an open invitation for you to encounter the Risen Christ.
As retreats are scheduled, registration information will be available below.

Two thousand years ago, Jesus put this question to his disciples: Who Do You Say I Am? Consider your own response to Jesus’ vital question. Listen to peers talk about faith, relationships, and where Jesus fits in as friend, healer, and role model. Have conversations in small groups, take time to reflect and pray, and connect with old friends or meet new ones.
We are called to be Christ's Disciples. Take advantage of this opportunity to reflect on the role of Jesus in your life and work. Experience the Jesuit spirituality of Pope Francis and millions of others.
• Explore how Jesus lived his life
• Deepen your understanding of His ministry
• Focus on your own spiritual journey

Too much going on?
Pulled in a million directions?
You’re not the only one.
In the craziness of life, it doesn’t hurt to pause and take a look at the big picture: What’s important in my life? What am I looking for? Where does God fit in?
UMass Dartmouth Catholic Campus Ministry presents the Seekers' Retreat. Find out how other young adults answer these questions; learn how faith plays a role in their journeys; and take the time to reflect on your own path.
Retreatants are invited to look at their lives to see where God has been, where God is present, and where God is calling them to be.

Dates: FALL 2022 and SPRING 2023
